A 28 hectare site filled and levelled into a 29 lot subdivision, delivered ready for 48 homes in 22 weeks, on time and under budget.
RDH completed the Ord Street subdivision development in Geraldton, on time and under budget for our client Newhaul Residential Pty Ltd.
The 28 hectare (Ha) site was filled and levelled to create a 29 lot sub-division, complete with subdivisional roads, footpaths, retaining walls, bollards, street signs, a masonry acoustic wall, and all necessary underground services.

- Clearing and grubbing
- Topsoil stripping
- Fill importation, placement and compaction
- Build subdivisional roads
- Build footpaths

- Install a masonry acoustic wall
- Coordinate all necessary electrical, sewer, stormwater, and water in-ground services
