Red Dust Holdings (RDH) is a privately owned earthmoving company offering a range of solutions to an extensive client base throughout Western Australia. Established in 2010, RDH's head office in Geraldton has expanded to include support offices in Perth and Kalgoorlie.

Delivering efficient projects with quality outcomes to our clients while maintaining a safe environment has remained a key focus of RDH since inception. The safety and development of our employees, fleet and systems is paramount, a statement supported by our ISO accreditation.

As a medium to large-scale earthmoving and construction business, RDH employs over 250 people and runs a fleet of over 300 assets, complemented with a fleet of field service vehicles and mechanics to mitigate project downtime. RDH is at the forefront in adoption and adaptation of new technologies for both personnel and fleet to ensure that our operation exceeds reliability and production expectations every time.

RDH work towards strong, ethical, long-term relationships with our clients. Our past and present clients have played a vital role in our project success in the mining and resource spheres, construction industry, State and Local Government undertakings and the private sector. From one Geraldton yard to a statewide fleet

2010

RDH established in Geraldton, Western Australia.

2019

Yandin Wind Farm substation earthworks, over 70,000m3 of imported fill.

2021

Wonmunna intersection delivered for ASX 200 listed Mineral Resources. Tanya Johnson named CCFWA Woman in Civil.

2022

Founder and director Josh Johnson wins a 40 Under 40 Award.

2024

Two year mine site services contract begins at 29Metals Golden Grove. $25m heap leach pad program at Binduli.

2026

Aerodrome and storage pad projects delivered for Ora Banda Mining and Iluka Resources.

Over 30% of our people are women. 42% of our management positions are held by women.
